- Please select the self-collect option when you purchase the goodie bag. All goodie bags can only be collected at the SG ToyCon booth at the venue (Leisure Park Kallang, 5 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397693) from 11:00AM onwards on 15th December
- Please note that there will be no other forms of collection or delivery.
- Each individual is allowed to purchase a maximum of two bags. Excess orders will be cancelled.
- All goodie bags not collected by 17th December will be forfeited and no refund given.
- Payment has to be made in full before the event in order for your goodie bag to be confirmed. Orders where payment is not received will be cancelled.
- Show a printout / digital copy of your receipt when you collect your goodie bag.
- The items in the goodie bag are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The organisers reserve the right to swap out items of a similar value at their discretion
