IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that we are not able to fulfil one-off custom models or conversion projects. Minimum orders apply for each project.

As a company specialising in scale models, we pride ourselves in creating scale replicas for our customers. This can either be a one-off model or produced in a larger quantity as corporate gifts.

Ordering process

Contact us with the specifications of your order stating your preferred:
- Material (resin / diecast)
- Quantity
- Size
- Delivery date
- Photograph / sample of intended model -
We will provide a quotation for your approval

Customer to pay 30% deposit upon confirmation
-
Prototype will be provided for your amendment and feedback (approx. 30 days)

Customer to pay another 30% to begin production
-
Balance 40% to be paid upon delivery (approx. 60 days)

Shipping times will vary depending on whether air or sea mail is chosen.

Do note that lead times provided are an estimate. Your order may require a longer period for completion if there are multiple amendments.

Order requirements
To ensure the smooth delivery of your product, there are a few items which we will require:

Clear, high resolution photographs of all four sides of your intended model

2D drawing (if available)

3D file (if available)
-
Packaging design (design services by our team available for an additional fee)

Any logos or images that are necessary for the production of the model
